Who owns ON TOUR DJ SERIVCES? A professional Radio DJ with over 25 years of Radio experience...and many years of Mobile DJ experience!
Is there a contract that I will have to sign? Yes! Your contract will arrive via regular mail. You will receive (2) contracts. One contract is for your records...the second you return with your deposit. Once your signed contract and deposit are returned - your event is locked in and ready to go...you will receive an email confirmation that your contract & deposit were received.
Will I have a chance to meet you before the event? Yes! If your event in is the Central Virginia area, I encourage a get together to go over details. Some clients are happy with conducting business over the phone...or by e-mail; that's the easiest way if you're located out of the area.
What type of music will you play for my event? A variety! Music for any age group! It'll definitely be the right mix of music to make your occasion memorable!
Do you play for outdoor Wedding Receptions? Yes! Indoors...outdoors...Small or Large venues. Wherever you would like to hold your event, ON TOUR DJ SERVICES will be there!
Can you provide the music for the ceremony? Yes! That is a frequent request. There's a separate sound system used for ceremonies - which also includes a wireless lapel mic for the minister (if needed).
Will you do the Wedding party introductions! I will handle everything from the Wedding party introductions...cutting of the cake...garter and bouquet toss...and much more! You get a DJ/MC for your event...all in one!
We're finding it difficult to find a location for our event - do you recommend locations?
I have played a many locations over the years that can accommodate any size affair...and would be happy to recommend a location to you.
Do you carry back up equipment?
Yes! I always keep vital equipment on hand. Even the best equipment can have a bad day...you just have to plan for it!
Do you meet with perspective clients? All the time!. I always encourage a get together before a contract is signed.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date/event. The deposit is due when you return your contract...The remaining balance is due the day/night of the event.
